Shipping policy

Reclaim strives to ship orders within 2 business days. We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 49. We deliver abroad but international customers must expect increased shipping costs as well as shipping time. 

Your package will be shipped with Post Nord, GLS or UPS dependent on customer location. NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. 

If problems arise, please contact customer service at reclaimdk@hotmail.com. Packages are delivered every weekday of the week. Your goods will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
